Harold is an ordained minister with the PAOC. He is also a Registered Professional Counsellor and a member of the Canadian Professional Counsellors Association and the American Association of Christian Counsellors. Harold and Doraldena have been in ministry for over 30 years.

Doraldena's gifting includes hospitality and her experience in the service industry; secretarial, housekeeping, dietary and as a professional nanny, plus raising three children and being in pastoral ministry for over thirty years, have given her a wealth of experience to minister especially to Pastors' wives.
